Responsibilities

• Manage sales and leasing processes for residential or commercial properties
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in a fast-paced market
• Negotiate deals effectively to achieve results for both the company and clients
• Work closely with high-performing teams and support staff to close transactions

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a high-performing environment (e.g., Real Estate, Recruitment, Car Sales) or luxury service industry
• Fluency in English
• Valid driving license
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, resilient, and "can-do" attitude
• Ability to thrive in a competitive yet supportive environment
