Real Estate Advisor - Technical Due Diligence (Installation Technology)

Responsibilities

• Provide consultancy services focused on technical due diligence for real estate transactions
• Conduct assessments of building installation systems, including ventilation, heating, cooling, and electricity
• Perform inspections and status assessments for both newly constructed and existing buildings
• Identify technical, commercial, and sustainability risks in property transactions
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and specialists to deliver comprehensive client reports
• Participate in the sales process and manage direct client relationships

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in installation maintenance, assessment, or technical management
• Proven experience conducting technical assessments of existing and older buildings
• Deep technical knowledge of HVAC (VVS) or electrical systems
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work as a team player
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with energy declarations or OVK inspections
• Knowledge of CRREM calculations
• Experience in project management or technical property management
• Background in transfer or contract inspections
