Real Estate Advisor

Responsibilities

• Advise and support clients through the entire real estate project lifecycle
• Prospect and develop the local sector through various prospecting methods
• Estimate properties, conduct pre-visits, and secure mandates
• Manage property marketing including ad creation, photo reports, and virtual tours
• Handle administrative tasks such as DPE dossiers and sales agreements
• Negotiate offers and coordinate the final signing process
• Report activity to the Transaction Manager

Requirements

• Minimum BTS level qualification
• Strong commercial sense and result-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks transversely
• Autonomous, rigorous, and dynamic personality
• Significant experience in sales (real estate, automotive, etc.) is a plus
