Ready Mix Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely operate concrete mixer trucks to deliver loads to commercial and residential work sites
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of concrete while adhering to all safety regulations
• Manage discharge methods and handle extension chutes (30-50 lbs) for precise pouring
• Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck
• Provide professional customer service and coordinate with dispatch for efficient operations

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A or B)
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Acceptable CSA and MVR record
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Must qualify as not prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, climbing, and pushing/pulling

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma
