Ready-Mix Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver loads to commercial and residential job sites
• Ensure timely delivery of concrete while adhering to all safety regulations and compliance standards
• Manage discharge methods and handle extension chutes (30-50 lbs) for precise pouring
• Perform basic truck maintenance and ensure the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the vehicle
• Provide professional customer service and coordinate effectively with dispatch and team members

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A or B)
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Clean CSA and MVR record with no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Ability to qualify as not prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor industrial environments

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Knowledge of local traffic routes and construction industry safety protocols
• Experience with basic truck maintenance and upkeep
