Ready-Mix Concrete Production Agent

Responsibilities

• Ensure production follows the schedule based on orders, product availability, and delivery equipment
• Start up and monitor the proper functioning of the concrete plant
• Manage material consumption and ensure daily site supplies
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process
• Issue delivery notes and prepare end-of-day activity reports
• Adhere to site safety rules and perform routine maintenance

Requirements

• Technical training at the Bac or Bac pro level (Electrotechnics, Production, or Industrial Maintenance)
• Experience in ready-mix concrete production or a similar industrial role is preferred
• Rigorous, organized, and highly motivated
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and versatile environment
