Ready-Mix Concrete Production Agent

Responsibilities

• Ensure production follows the schedule based on orders, product availability, and delivery equipment
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process
• Start up and monitor the proper functioning of the concrete plant
• Manage material consumption and ensure daily site supplies
• Issue delivery notes and complete end-of-day activity reports
• Ensure compliance with site safety rules and perform routine maintenance

Requirements

• Technical training at the Bac or Bac pro level (Electrotechnics, Production, or Industrial Maintenance)
• Experience in ready-mix concrete production or a similar role is preferred
• Rigorous, motivated, and versatile approach to tasks
• Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
