Novastrid is a dedicated Product engineering company for Radius Direct (part of IQVIA). Radius Direct is a leading SaaS provider specializing in innovative solutions for small and emerging pharmaceutical companies, helping them manage medical reps and meetings through modern technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performant, scalable web applications using React.js
• Create reusable components and front-end libraries
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct peer code reviews
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Work with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality software solutions

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in React.js development
• Proficient in React.js and its core principles
• Strong understanding of TypeScript, SQL, and MySQL
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
• Knowledge of modern frontend build pipelines and tools
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
