React Native Lead

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, release, and maintain new and existing mobile applications and APIs built with React Native
• Collaborate with product teams to understand requirements and present low-level design approaches
• Write reusable, reliable, scalable, and well-documented code
• Build dynamic, low-latency, responsive, and real-time user interfaces
• Write readable, simple, and deterministic unit tests using the Jest framework
• Implement and maintain automated testing and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
• Mentor junior developers and work within Agile methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in React Native development
• 6+ years of experience delivering scalable and resilient applications at enterprise scale
• Strong knowledge of Redux and redux-persist
• Proficiency with the Jest framework for unit testing
• Experience with Git, CI/CD processes, and data handling from content management systems
• Experience integrating third-party libraries, SDKs, and APIs
• Experience with analytics, logging, real-time app monitoring, and crashlytics
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of cloud services such as Azure or AWS
• Experience with Mobile DevOps tools like Bitrise or TeamCity
• Experience with native development technologies such as Swift or Java
