React Native Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and architecture of high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native.
• Oversee the design and implementation of scalable mobile app architecture to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to define features and ensure smooth delivery.
• Implement pixel-perfect, high-performance UIs and cutting-edge animations that match design specifications.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Coordinate agile development activities, including daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and bugs to maintain native-like app performance.
• Ensure code quality through automated testing and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in React Native with proven experience deploying apps to both iOS and Android.
• Deep understanding of Mobile Application Architecture and scalable design patterns.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript and ES6.
• Experience with native mobile development (Objective-C/Swift for iOS and Java/Kotlin for Android).
• Proficiency in Redux and state management for handling asynchronous API calls.
• Proven track record of leading teams and mentoring technical talent.
• Experience writing and maintaining automated tests to ensure application stability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience transitioning existing React web applications to React Native.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of modern tools such as Expo, GraphQL, and Firebase.
• Active engagement or contributions to the React Native open-source community.
