React Native Developer/Lead

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on coding and development using React Native
• Ensure application quality, performance, and responsiveness
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of React Native developers
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Collaborate with product managers to define timelines and deliverables
• Implement quality assurance processes including unit and integration testing
• Create and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in mobile development
• Proven experience as a React Native developer
• Expertise in React Native and JavaScript
• Previous experience in a leadership or lead developer role
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns
• Familiarity with XCode and Android Studio
• Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
