React Native Developer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of React Native developers
• Architect and lead the development of mobile applications using React Native
• Perform hands-on coding and ensure application quality, performance, and responsiveness
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the development team through code reviews and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with product managers to define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Implement quality assurance processes including unit and integration testing
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation

Requirements

• 6.5 to 10 years of experience in mobile development
• Proven experience as a React Native developer with a strong portfolio
• Previous experience in a leadership or lead developer role
• Expertise in React Native and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns
• Familiarity with native build tools such as XCode and Android Studio
• Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
