React Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-volume, external-facing web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs, validate data flows, and ensure optimal performance.
• Build reusable, scalable UI components following modern front-end architecture patterns.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and testing efforts to maintain high-quality standards.
• Work within Azure-hosted environments to align front-end solutions with cloud-based architectures.
• Translate business and insurance requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall web development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React and TypeScript in production environments.
• Proven experience building external-facing, high-traffic web applications.
• Solid understanding of API integration, asynchronous data handling, and RESTful services.
• Familiarity with Azure environments and foundational knowledge of data modeling.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance concepts.
