REACH Program Collegian

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a cohort of approximately twelve REACH students
• Lead students through daily academic and recreational programming
• Serve as a primary role model and consistent point of contact for students
• Act as a liaison between students and REACH leadership and faculty
• Advance and uphold the mission of the REACH Program

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in college with a strong academic record
• Demonstrated leadership, responsibility, and initiative
• Cultural competence and professional maturity
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-based environment
• Personal attributes including patience, empathy, flexibility, and professionalism
• Willingness to support and advance the Catholic and Jesuit mission

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with middle school–aged students
• Skills, talents, or interests that may enrich student programming
• Proficiency in Spanish

Benefits

• Total compensation of $2,000.00 for the 3-week session
