About the role
Responsibilities
- Assess product conditions and perform recovery work
- Assemble furniture and maintain work areas
- Perform data entry for returned items in internal inventory systems
- Price and label As-is products according to safety guidelines
- Manage waste and disposal
- Assist customers with product enquiries on the shop floor
- Minimize financial loss by repacking goods or moving them back to stock
- Support the Recovery department to achieve sales targets
Requirements
- Comfortable with tool handling and DIY assembly
- Ability to perform manual work and stand for prolonged hours
- Friendly and confident in customer interaction
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Google Sheets, and SharePoint
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
