About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound logistics and 3PL performance monitoring
- Oversee inventory and warehouse operations
- Handle claims, supplier management, and returns
- Direct outbound logistics and transportation activities
- Ensure compliance, audit management, and KPI reporting
- Manage stakeholder relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or Engineering
- 8–12 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or automotive distribution
- Mandatory experience managing Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partners
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain or Operations Management
