R&D Testing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic testing of power electronics products in strict compliance with SOPs
• Create and update daily test plans and manage test schedules
• Prepare accurate and detailed technical test reports
• Manage lab inventory, including machines, tools, and test samples
• Ensure compliance with OHSMS (ISO 45001), EMS (ISO 14001), and QMS (ISO 9001) standards
• Maintain lab safety, machine calibration, and 5S standards at all times
• Manage documentation, including the proper storage of soft and hard copies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field
• 3 to 4 years of experience in power electronics products or module testing
• Strong knowledge of IEC 61439-1&6, UL 857, and 60529 standards
• Ability to work effectively in hot and humid environmental conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with production teams for new and existing product lines
• General familiarity with broader IEC and UL standards
