Responsibilities
- Fabricate prototypes and operate test systems in collaboration with engineering teams
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians to foster technical excellence and accountability
- Develop and document best practices for machining, fabrication, assembly, and quality inspection
Requirements
- 5+ years in high-performance manufacturing or R&D environments
- Experience in fabrication, machining, welding, or pneumatic/hydraulic systems
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in aerospace, nuclear, or defense industries
- Knowledge of materials science and precision machining
- Experience with automation, robotics, or advanced manufacturing techniques
