About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete supply chain for dial prototypes, including the provision of all component types
  • Track and manage precious materials and perform regular inventories
  • Issue manufacturing orders across various company sectors, such as setting/gem-setting
  • Manage, track, and deliver orders for resource components (ornamental stones, gems, etc.)
  • Handle photo and/or saleable dials, including article nomenclature, weight initialization, and stock delivery
  • Maintain transverse and diplomatic communication with scheduling managers, R&D managers, Finance partners, and workshop stakeholders

Requirements

  • Technician degree, Bachelor HES, or HEG oriented toward logistics or management
  • Experience in management within the watchmaking industry preferred
  • Proficiency in SAP and standard IT tools (Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint)
  • Strong ability to plan and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both autonomously and within a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Kheops software
  • Knowledge of dial manufacturing processes
