R&D Projects Leader

Responsibilities

• Plan, report, and execute R&D projects for products and processes meeting quality, cost, and time expectations
• Develop concepts and constructive solutions for new products in compliance with safety regulations
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess project risks and possibilities
• Supervise the manufacturing process of sample parts and accompany prototype production
• Perform 3D-CAD design work and mechanical integrity calculations using FEA
• Define product requirements, specifications, and support FMEA creation
• Maintain contacts with strategic network partners such as universities and suppliers

Requirements

• Strong project management skills in new product development
• Proven engineering expertise in Design for Six Sigma and Finite Element Analysis
• Proficiency in 3D-CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical audiences
• Analytical mindset with a high commitment to quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Ansys, Jira, and state-of-the-art engineering tools
• Familiarity with measuring tools like Keyence or Mitutoyo
