R&D Program Lead Driving Automation BRAIN

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive automotive engineering projects through all phases, including conceptual design, detailed design, testing, and integration
• Develop and manage the project team while facilitating regular project meetings
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and manage project schedules and costs
• Identify risks and develop effective risk mitigation plans
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Oversee resource allocation and identify areas for process improvement
• Ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality level

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in project management
• Experience leading and managing teams
• Knowledge of software development methodologies
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
