RD Packaging Trainee

Responsibilities

• Support the organization and execution of packaging projects, including line trials and supplier discussions
• Participate in investigation projects focused on productivity, sustainability, and new materials
• Prepare technical reports and analyze results to provide actionable recommendations
• Gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment working with corrugated, flexible, and rigid material families
• Collaborate with experienced technical experts to develop specialized packaging knowledge

Requirements

• Currently studying Food Technology, Science, Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
• Strong academic record
• General knowledge of packaging materials and their interaction with food
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work within an international team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or professional experience in a related field
• International experience or profile, such as participating in an Erasmus program
• Proficiency in other European languages, such as German
