R&D Manager

Responsibilities

• Head the Center of Competence (CoC) for Metal Quick Connectors (MQC)
• Develop and execute R&D roadmaps to drive growth and align with corporate strategy
• Oversee project execution to meet quality, cost, and time (QCT) deliverables
• Manage R&D budgets and effective resource allocation
• Oversee MQC Test Center, Prototyping, Standards, and Systems compliance
• Liaise with Application Center, Production, Marketing, and Quality stakeholders
• Bridge technical and commercial teams by working closely with marketing and sales

Requirements

• 6+ years of R&D Management experience, preferably in Automotive or high-mix/high-volume OEM environments
• 3+ years of strategic R&D management experience in an international OEM
• Degree in Engineering or Business combined with relevant experience
• Experience with Quality and Environmental Systems (e.g., ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001)
• Ability to travel 15–30%
