R&D Intern

Responsibilities

• Develop technical proposals for new product formats, including equipment and production flow considerations
• Support stability testing for prototypes
• Perform physicochemical measurements and evaluate active ingredient concentrations
• Apply statistical analysis to generated prototypes
• Document findings, results, and learnings from the development process
• Generate technical reports to support project decision-making
• Present results and conclusions to the team

Requirements

• Student in R&D, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Materials, Packaging, or related fields
• Graduation date of June 2027 or later
• Conversational English skills
• Intermediate Excel and basic Office proficiency
• Knowledge of statistical analysis applied to experimental results
• Experience or interest in laboratory work and the scientific method
• Availability for 6 hours daily, Monday to Friday, onsite in Monterrey, MX
