R&D Engineering Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful implementation of R&D technical projects, ensuring delivery is on-time, in-full, and within budget
• Coordinate cross-site engineering teams and assigned reports to meet end-to-end project requirements
• Act as the key project contact for both internal and external customers and project participants
• Prepare regular progress reports, technical documentation, and communication updates
• Organize and chair Technical Reviews to ensure full review and agreed action outcomes
• Develop, set, and maintain engineering quality standards, systems, and processes to ensure consistency

Requirements

• Multi-discipline experience in an engineering role
• Proven experience managing multiple, concurrent projects throughout a full project lifecycle
• Experience managing assigned reports to achieve specific goals and deliverables
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and resolve complex issues
• Must be a UK or NATO national with the right to work in the UK
• Capability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
• Flexibility to adjust working hours to accommodate global time zones (e.g., US East/West coasts)
