R&D Electrical Hardware Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary EE technical lead for PCA design and system-level integration in support of NPI programs
• Lead design reviews, technical risk assessments, and key engineering decisions throughout the product lifecycle
• Drive end-to-end PCA design, including schematic capture, layout review, and validation
• Define and enforce EE best practices, design guidelines, and quality standards
• Ensure SI/PI, EMC/EMI, and thermal considerations are properly addressed in all designs
• Own system-level quality and reliability, including DfX, failure analysis, and corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Mechanical Engineering, Firmware, Operations, and suppliers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Project Lead or equivalent technical leadership role
• 3-5 years of hands-on EE PCA design experience
• Demonstrated track record of delivering at least 2 NPI products from concept to production
• Strong technical skills in debugging, hardware design, and schematic capture
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence global asset teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in C++ or Python programming languages
• Experience with advanced simulations and oscilloscope usage
• Strong knowledge of system-level design and new product development processes
