R&D Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation tools, software applications, and test platforms for engineering validation and manufacturing support
• Support hardware/software integration involving controllers, sensors, power systems, and instrumentation
• Perform coding and scripting using Python, C++, SQL, or Linux shell scripting to improve engineering productivity
• Support debugging, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution across electrical hardware and automation systems
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics systems for engineering test data and product tracking
• Manage source control, CI/CD workflows, and Linux-based engineering infrastructure
• Design and develop electrical interface boards, PCA hardware, and supporting electrical systems for R&D activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, or Software Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical hardware engineering, automation engineering, or related R&D roles
• Experience with Linux environments and automation systems
• Proven experience with hardware/software integration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EE hardware design
• Proficiency in Python, C++, Java, Go, or SQL
• Knowledge of Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), and EMC/EMI awareness
• Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and Linux/Ubuntu administration
