R&D Development Engineer/Senior Engineer (AEP)

Responsibilities

• Initiate, conceptualize, and independently plan and execute R&D projects
• Analyze the feasibility of new technologies, concepts, and product ideas using scientific methods
• Conduct application-oriented research and translate results into concrete development approaches
• Continuously develop technical expertise and monitor current technological trends and scientific developments
• Contribute to the creation of patents and scientific publications
• Collaborate closely with various specialist departments and coordinate interdisciplinary projects

Requirements

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related field
• Several years of relevant professional experience in Research & Development
• Profound knowledge in applying scientific methods and practical implementation of development projects
• Strong analytical thinking, innovation drive, and a structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team and communicate complex topics clearly
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
