R&D Developer for Automotive Films

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development projects and serve as a technical expert within the development team
• Own material formulations, product constructions, and development results
• Perform and coordinate development testing and validation to ensure robust outcomes
• Contribute to new developments, product benchmarking, and strategic technology partnerships
• Provide technical consultation to cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or an equivalent field
• Basic experience in development or technical projects
• Basic experience in project management
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided)
