RCTI Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and payment allocation
• Proactively monitor customer accounts and recover overdue debt against established KPIs
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy across revenue and payment records
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries
• Support revenue accruals, invoicing timelines, and cashflow management
• Prepare detailed reporting and provide insights on debtor performance and trends
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies and complex reconciliation issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across AR processes
• Manage shared inboxes and act as a key contact for AR-related queries

Requirements

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Revenue Accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and collections processes
• Experience working with SAP or similar enterprise systems
• Advanced Excel capability and strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
