RCP Lead Install Rep/Task Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee field execution of major equipment installation and modification activities
• Support Reactor Coolant Pump (RCP) replacement, refurbishment, or maintenance projects
• Interface with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Project Management, and contractors to ensure safe and efficient work execution
• Monitor work progress, identify field issues, and coordinate timely resolution
• Verify work is performed in accordance with approved procedures, quality requirements, and project schedules
• Support outage planning, work package execution, and project closeout activities
• Promote a strong nuclear safety culture, human performance standards, and procedural compliance
• Work any shift as required

Requirements

• Experience supporting Reactor Coolant Pump (RCP) projects
• Experience working within containment
• Ability to support major equipment installation and modification projects at a commercial nuclear power plant
