RCM Associate - Support Services

Responsibilities

• Open, sort, and batch incoming mail and payments
• Manage workflow processes for refunded and returned checks
• Process insurance company credit card payments
• Retrieve documentation from insurance company websites and online fax services
• Complete documentation retrieval requests for internal and external partners
• Use specialized software to store, manage, and track electronic and paper correspondence
• Research unidentified mail to determine appropriate recipients

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• At least 2 years of document management experience (revenue cycle experience preferred)
• Fluency in English, both written and oral
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to work onsite daily at the assigned client location in Scottsbluff, NE
