RCM Advisory Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations across assigned payors and acquired entities within the TEAM Services Group.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to brand RCM teams, providing actionable insights and guidance on best practices.
• Support M&A integration efforts, including system migrations, workflow redesign, and process implementation.
• Drive collections performance, reduce denials, and improve cash flow through analytics and automation.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to track RCM performance.
• Manage an RCM Advisory Analyst to execute portfolio-wide projects.
• Advise on billing, collections, authorizations, and reimbursement across Medicaid, Managed Care, and private-pay programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive revenue cycle leadership in healthcare services.
• Experience working in multi-location or multi-entity environments.
• Proven background in system transitions, M&A integration, and acquisition support.
• Experience managing offshore vendors.
• Deep knowledge of Medicaid, Managed Care, commercial payers, and value-based reimbursement.
• Demonstrated ability to build KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven analytics.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in medical groups, radiology, veterinary services, behavioral health, or similar roll-up healthcare environments.
• Experience implementing RCM technology, automation, or advanced analytics systems.
