RCM Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage clients and accounts independently for medical billing processes
• Handle client interaction and account management
• Interact with team members to share knowledge and information
• Support a positive culture and work environment
• Lead by example through punctuality and respect
• Coach and develop subordinates through training need identification

Requirements

• 5-10 years of related experience
• Minimum 5 years in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) USA Operations
• Experience independently managing accounts for at least 15+ people
• Strong strategic thinking and effective people management skills
• Excellent communication skills
