RBS Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall distribution of the daily inspection workload
• Monitor and schedule inspectors at the local branch
• Act as a liaison between Field Supervisors, Laboratory staff, and Clients
• Dispatch inspection staff within the branch daily
• Collect, input, and forward data, paperwork, and samples to the office
• Follow up with inspectors for customer satisfaction updates
• Update Operations Coordinators on job status frequently
• Oversee timely submission of inspector timesheets
• Ensure daily and monthly calibration records are up to date
• Oversee purchasing and ordering of inspection supplies
• Review field reports and organize documents for operations

Requirements

• High School degree or GED
• Minimum of five years of transferable experience within the industry
• Ability to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Availability for 24/7/365 on-call rotating shifts
• Ability to work night shifts
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities
• Ability to follow instructions independently
