About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct and complete Responsible Business Services (RBS) audits as a team member or leader
- Perform desk studies of client codes of conduct including social, technical, quality, and environmental audits
- Prepare audit reports, itineraries, and complete audit packages within specified turnaround times
- Conduct audits both on-site and remotely in accordance with ISO 17021 and ISO 19011
- Assist in marketing division services and support sales executives during client visits
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to auditors under training
- Maintain compliance with Global policies, QHSEE policies, and the SGS Code of Integrity
Requirements
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in RBS audit requirements
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
- Computer literacy and strong communication skills
- Amenable to working in the Makati Office (Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm)
Preferred Qualifications
- APSCA membership
