Responsibilities

• Research and develop best-in-class materials, trims, and technical applications
• Collaborate with design, product development, and sourcing teams
• Own the raw material development calendar and ensure on-time deliverables
• Coordinate with suppliers and mills on sampling, testing, and approvals
• Manage raw material libraries and tracking systems
• Lead wear testing phases, including organizing tester groups and collecting feedback
• Manage lab testing protocols and analyze performance data to drive design decisions

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in textile innovation, materials development, or technical apparel design
• Expertise in knit and woven constructions, performance finishes, and advanced trims
• Experience managing timelines and communicating with suppliers and mills
• Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills
