Raw Materials Associate

Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials and apparel blanks from the warehouse and stage work orders for production runs
• Verify received goods, maintain accurate counts, and communicate discrepancies to the warehouse
• Perform daily and weekly cycle counts to maintain active and accurate raw material inventory
• Stage production orders onto pallets and report shortages or staging issues to the Supervisor
• Process raw materials on work orders and help the team meet daily and weekly goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and assist with additional operational tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Some experience in packaging preferred with ability to learn all responsibilities quickly
• Good understanding of inventory management and accurate material counts
• Basic Excel skills and basic iron application skills
• Excellent communication and ability to work well with others
• Ability to handle a physical workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Personal sense of accountability and eagerness to take on responsibility
