Raw Material Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise raw material, tools, and spare parts warehouses to ensure continuous supply for production.
• Manage inventory levels and optimize raw material days to maintain healthy stock and operational continuity.
• Plan and control production schedules in coordination with sales, logistics, quality, and engineering.
• Maintain inventory reliability through audits, perpetual inventory programs, and advanced administration techniques.
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiating lot sizes, prices, and delivery terms to prevent stock-outs.
• Implement continuous improvement projects to optimize warehouse operations and storage capacity.
• Lead and develop human resources through coaching, performance management, and continuous training.
• Administer the departmental budget, including maintenance, improvement projects, and current expenses.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in warehouse or logistics management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written, read, and spoken).
• Strong technical knowledge in inventory management, logistics, procurement, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Experience with World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and internal auditing processes.
