Raw Material Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Advise the S&OP organization on component supply and prepare demand forecasts to support supply chain objectives
• Act as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment on raw material strategy
• Manage supplier relationships and lead discussions regarding component changes, reformulations, and transitions
• Deliver accurate demand forecasts and oversee the implementation of component changes
• Manage supply disruptions and execute recovery plans to protect finished lubricant supply
• Collaborate with global and regional teams on business continuity activities for critical components
• Participate in Demand Consensus meetings with Lubes Value Chain partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in supply chain network or supplier management
• Proficiency with MS Excel and experience extracting information from ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
• Experience with advanced analytics tools such as Tableau or PowerBI for data visualization
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and function effectively within a global, virtual team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in supply planning roles within Chemical, FMCG, CPG, or Manufacturing industries
• Understanding of manufacturing principles and concepts in the Oil & Gas industry (Refining/Petrochemical)
• Experience with supply planning software such as SAP IBP/APO, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis
• Knowledge of R or Python for scripting
