Raw Material Preparation and Exploitation Worker

Responsibilities

• Monitor crushing plant operations and report any deficiencies to operators or supervisors
• Control raw material dosing systems and react promptly to operational circumstances
• Operate heavy machinery including excavators, loaders, dumpers, and BobCats
• Perform loading of various materials into transport vehicles
• Assist with mining operations and maintain transport routes within the mining plant
• Conduct regular maintenance of machinery and perform minor repairs
• Maintain machine work logs and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma (SSS)
• Category C driving license
• Certifications for operating loaders, dumpers, excavators, drills, and forklifts
• Qualification for crushing plant operation
• Proven reliability, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team
• Previous experience in similar roles is preferred
