Ratings Associate - Banking (FIG) - Russian Speaker

Responsibilities

• Support Credit Rating Analysts in assigning and monitoring credit ratings across corporates, structured finance, and sovereigns
• Analyse financial statements, perform financial modelling, and develop forecasts to assess credit risk
• Prepare rating committee materials and actively contribute to rating committee discussions
• Draft credit research reports and support publication of analytical insights
• Monitor market trends, economic developments, and industry news to assess credit quality
• Leverage digital tools and AI-driven technologies to enhance efficiency and analytical output
• Assist with investor and issuer engagement by preparing presentations and supporting meetings

Requirements

• Master's degree (MSc or MBA) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Fluency in both English and Russian
• Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Fundamental understanding of fixed income markets or credit
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA professional qualification
• Experience with Python, SQL, or advanced financial modelling concepts
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and their application in finance
