Rare Diseases Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the brand planning process for assigned brands, including messaging, programs, and key initiatives within the competitive landscape.
• Develop and implement launch plans and promotional campaigns in alignment with brand strategy.
• Provide guidance to the Senior Management Team regarding investments to maximize local market performance.
• Develop and coordinate key programs such as adherence and "Train the Trainer" initiatives.
• Implement KOL management strategies to meet priority marketing objectives.
• Manage budgets for assigned brands and projects while ensuring compliance with business ethics and local laws.
• Build cross-functional cooperation to achieve marketing goals and communicate strategy clearly to the Field Force.

Requirements

• Significant pharmaceutical commercial experience with a proven performance track record.
• Strong marketing leadership experience, specifically in growing market share and successfully launching new products.
• Strategic and analytical skills combined with a rigorous commercial business sense.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong influencing skills and the ability to build efficient relations with internal and external stakeholders.
• High standards of ethical behavior and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Significant pharmaceutical experience specifically within the Rare Diseases sector.
