About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales objectives and exceed targets by effectively implementing marketing strategies and sales plans.
- Provide scientific-oriented support to healthcare professionals to promote and support the Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) product portfolio.
- Maintain strict compliance with all policies governing sales activity.
- Implement sales plans as assigned by leadership to support patients impacted by DMD.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Minimum 5+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotech sales experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel overnight to assigned healthcare accounts.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Rare Disease and/or gene therapy.
- Specific experience with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD).
- Proven track record of success in high-growth or start-up environments.
- Experience managing patient enrollment processes for rare disease products.
- Ability to navigate the complexities of rare disease treatments and work closely with office staff.
