About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure Range Safety by enforcing all safety rules and procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized guest experiences
- Educate and assist guests with firearm selection using product knowledge
- Maintain range equipment and perform routine inspections
- Uphold cleanliness standards through daily cleaning tasks
- Support training and development for fellow range officers
- Assist with range events, competitions, and private bookings
- Drive revenue growth by promoting memberships and training programs
- Execute Range Officer duties and oversee operations during shifts
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of range safety rules and firearm handling
- Prior experience working in shooting ranges preferred
- Passion for firearms and shooting sports
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated to achieve sales targets and promote memberships
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak business hours
