About the role
Responsibilities
- Work in a multi-disciplinary environment to perform engineering tasks related to the design, deployment, operation, and maintenance of complex technology systems.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop RAM and Safety specifications, requirements, plans, and analyses.
- Support the design, development, testing, commissioning, and certification of complex Rail Systems.
- Communicate plans, requirements, results, and technical information effectively to customers across various management levels.
- Manage RAM and Safety requirements using specialized management tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer, Electrical, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of related professional engineering experience.
- Proven experience applying and developing RAM and Safety analyses following the EN-50126 suite of standards.
- Knowledge of MIL-STD-882 standards.
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC/IEEE-15288 System Engineering Standards.
- Experience using DOORS Requirements Management Tools.
- Ability to work as a self-starter both individually and within large focus groups.
