Railway Track Department Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a technical team and guarantee performance, safety, and quality of railway track operations
• Participate in tenders and project starts by providing technical expertise
• Supervise and validate deliverables including plans, calculation notes, and BIM modeling
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and contractual requirements
• Plan workloads, anticipate needs, and optimize human and material resources
• Manage the economic follow-up of the pole's business activities and ensure profitability
• Implement and improve quality procedures and promote innovative tools like BIM
• Report performance regularly to the Department Director

Requirements

• Technical degree (Bac +2 to Bac +5) in Civil Engineering, Public Works, Railway, or equivalent
• Proven experience in the railway track and/or infrastructure field
• Experience in team management is appreciated
• Strong knowledge of railway safety rules
• Knowledge of quality production processes for studies
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and activity management skills
• Leadership and strong interpersonal skills
