About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a technical team and guarantee performance, safety, and quality of railway track operations
- Participate in tenders and project starts by providing technical expertise
- Supervise and validate deliverables including plans, calculation notes, and BIM modeling
- Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and contractual requirements
- Plan workloads, anticipate needs, and optimize human and material resources
- Manage the economic follow-up of the pole's business activities and ensure profitability
- Implement and improve quality procedures and promote innovative tools like BIM
- Report performance regularly to the Department Director
Requirements
- Technical degree (Bac +2 to Bac +5) in Civil Engineering, Public Works, Railway, or equivalent
- Proven experience in the railway track and/or infrastructure field
- Experience in team management is appreciated
- Strong knowledge of railway safety rules
- Knowledge of quality production processes for studies
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and activity management skills
- Leadership and strong interpersonal skills
