Railway Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated team for railway track installation, distributing tasks based on individual skills
• Verify the accuracy of installation plans in collaboration with the site manager
• Ensure strict adherence to installation plans, quality standards, and installation cadences
• Supervise the handling and correct placement of railway track components
• Perform railway track concreting operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe construction site
• Enforce strict compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards for the entire team
• Report any anomalies, uncertainties, or safety violations immediately

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Railway Team Leader or a confirmed Track Layer
• Strong ability to manage teams and coordinate tasks effectively
• Knowledge of track installation plans and technical specifications
• Deep commitment to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards
• Highly rigorous, punctual, and capable of working calmly under pressure
• Strong teamwork and voluntary attitude
