Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and monitor on-site project execution to ensure compliance with the work plan and deadlines
• Lead and organize internal personnel on-site, fostering teamwork and managing work areas
• Control execution deadlines and collaborate in budget control to anticipate deviations
• Manage and supervise providers, installers, and subcontractors to guarantee work quality
• Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) regulations, acting as a Preventive Resource
• Maintain professional communication with technical teams, project management, and safety coordinators

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and civil works
• At least 5 years of experience specifically as a Site Foreman (Encargado de Obra)
• Experience in railway infrastructure and track projects is highly valued
• CFGS in Construction or similar field
• Knowledge of Business Central, Excel, AutoCAD, and planning software (TCQ / Project)
• Availability to travel and stay overnight within the Catalonia region (Barcelona, Lleida, or Tarragona)
• PRL Basic Level course (Preventive Resource) or PRL for Intermediate Management is highly valued

Preferred Qualifications

• Specific training for operating sectoral machinery (baskets, forklifts, etc.)
• Proven experience in the railway sector
