Railway Signaling Project Manager – Assistant MOE

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage CBTC (Communication-Based Train Control) deliverables and maintenance interfaces.
• Act as a link between business experts in system design, railway safety, cybersecurity, and telecommunications.
• Establish project schedules by integrating global constraints and interfaces with other project managers.
• Perform financial estimations for industrial contracts and internal study costs.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks specific to the CBTC system.
• Draft technical specifications (CCTP) and collaborate with Purchasing and Legal departments on contractual documents.
• Monitor industrial supplier execution to ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, and requirements.
• Provide monthly reporting to the Project Manager (MOE) using key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Bac+5 in industrial technology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in complex industrial project management.
• Proven experience within the railway sector.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and technical writing skills (CCTP, technical reports).
• Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to work under pressure in high-stakes environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of OCTYS or SAET speed control systems (or equivalent).
• Experience with Electronic Document Management (EDM) tools.
• Familiarity with railway safety rules and technical environments.
